Welcome to the new web site for the UK Clarion User Group.

Hi There

After much pondering, I decided to give this 1 more go.

The old site was developed using Dot Net Nuke, however after using it for a little while, it became apparent that it was going to be far to complex to manage.

At the time the site was hosted on a Windows IIS server, which, although I don’t have any problems with that, my hosting ISP was charging quite a lot of money for me to have a shared SQL server.

I have now moved the site to a new host (webhostingpad.com), and I am very happy with the performance of the site, and the amazing price the host charges ($1.99 a month, I mean how on earth can it be that cheap).

Well over the next few weeks, I hope to get this Joomla site up and looking good, then over the next few months become more active with the group. I have a few ideas of the way forward for the group, but would like to hear from anybody that may have other ideas, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
